LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED 

If your looking for a way to burn calories and work up a sweat while having fun this is the class for you! 30 minutes cardio performed on mini trampolines (don't worry they have handle bars until you build up your confidence on them!) 

When attending please follow these guidelines:

  1. Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your class is due to begin 
  2. Check-in on arrival using our swipe system 
  3. Sanitise hands on arrival
  4. Arrive dressed in your gym clothes and only bring essentials 
  5. Go directly into the fitness studio following the one-way system 
  6. Maintain social distancing
  7. Use cleaning stations provided to clean equipment before and after use
  8. Once your class has finished please leave promptly 
  9. If feeling unwell, have been told to isolate or have any symptoms of coronavirus please do not attend
