A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.
When attending please follow these guidelines:
Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your class is due to begin
Check-in on arrival using our swipe system
Sanitise hands on arrival
Arrive dressed in your gym clothes and only bring essentials
Go directly into the fitness studio following the one-way system
Maintain social distancing
Use cleaning stations provided to clean equipment before and after use
Once your class has finished please leave promptly
If feeling unwell, have been told to isolate or have any symptoms of coronavirus please do not attend
