LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED 

Be prepared for high-intensity interval training with Bootcamp! Each class is different and will push you out of your comfort zone! Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation!

When attending please follow these guidelines:

  1. Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your class is due to begin 
  2. Check-in on arrival using our swipe system 
  3. Sanitise hands on arrival
  4. Arrive dressed in your gym clothes and only bring essentials 
  5. Go directly into the fitness studio following the one-way system 
  6. Maintain social distancing
  7. Use cleaning stations provided to clean equipment before and after use
  8. Once your class has finished please leave promptly 
  9. If feeling unwell, have been told to isolate or have any symptoms of coronavirus please do not attend
