This class will give you a full-body cardio and muscle toning workout. Enjoy a fun, easy to follow step routine that will get you working up a sweat with an extra touch of toning for those stubborn areas.
When attending please follow these guidelines:
Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your class is due to begin
Check-in on arrival using our swipe system
Sanitise hands on arrival
Arrive dressed in your gym clothes and only bring essentials
Go directly into the fitness studio following the one-way system
Maintain social distancing
Use cleaning stations provided to clean equipment before and after use
Once your class has finished please leave promptly
If feeling unwell, have been told to isolate or have any symptoms of coronavirus please do not attend
