LEVEL: ALL LEVELS
This class is enjoyable for all fitness levels. We will start with some low impact Aerobics and finish off with gentle toning.
When attending please follow these guidelines:
- Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your class is due to begin
- Check-in on arrival using our swipe system
- Sanitise hands on arrival
- Arrive dressed in your gym clothes and only bring essentials
- Go directly into the fitness studio following the one-way system
- Maintain social distancing
- Use cleaning stations provided to clean equipment before and after use
- Once your class has finished please leave promptly
- If feeling unwell, have been told to isolate or have any symptoms of coronavirus please do not attend
